Confirmation Policy
Upon booking a tour package with Viptours.co.in, a confirmation email will be sent containing all relevant reservation details. We request that you review this information carefully. If you notice any discrepancies or have questions, please contact our support team promptly for assistance.
Zero Refund Policy
All bookings made with us are non-refundable under standard circumstances. Once the trip is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be issued in case of:
Trip cancellation, Delays, Change of travel plans, Personal emergencies & Weather disturbances
This is due to our prior financial commitments with hotels, taxi services, and activity partners.
Pickup & Drop Policy
Group/Public Bookings: Pickup and drop are arranged from landmark locations within 200–300 meters of the hotel for ease of coordination.
Private Sightseeing or Individual Transfers: Pickup and drop will be provided directly from/to the hotel entrance including railway station and airport transfers.
Trip Voucher Option (Subject to Approval)
In special or genuine cases, and at the sole discretion of our management, we may offer a trip voucher equivalent to the remaining balance after hotel reservations and confirmed services.
Vouchers can be used to book a future trip.
Vouchers must be requested at least 48 hours before the original trip date.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Management’s decision will be final and communicated in writing.
Refund Processing Time
In extremely rare cases where a monetary refund is granted, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original mode of payment.
Weather Conditions & Activity Rescheduling
All activities are subject to fair weather conditions and authority clearance.
If any activity is canceled due to bad weather or government alerts, you may reschedule the date, but no refund will be issued.
Important Notes
No refund or voucher will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Refunds will not be processed for voluntarily skipped inclusions or delays caused by the customer.
Any extra rides, activities, or services not part of the original package will be chargeable separately.
Payment and Travel Terms
Hotel Check-In
Standard check-in time at hotels is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary. Vehicles will not be available at the guest’s discretion beyond the planned schedule. In hilly areas, air conditioning in vehicles may be less effective or disabled for safety reasons.
Rate Revisions
Package prices are subject to change without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as:
Strikes, natural calamities, or Force Majeure events
Sudden fuel surcharges or transportation cost hikes
Traffic delays, flight/train disruptions, or hotel overbookings
Regulatory or tax changes beyond our control
In such situations, Viptours.co.in will attempt to offer suitable alternatives but cannot be held liable for compensation or refund claims resulting from these conditions.
Guest Behavior and Responsibilities
To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we expect the following:
Guests must not engage in disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior that may affect the comfort of other travelers or our staff.
Littering is strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of natural surroundings and follow responsible tourism practices.
Any form of physical or verbal abuse, harassment, or misconduct may result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.
Guests must abide by local laws and customs, and refrain from carrying prohibited substances or participating in illegal activities.
Failure to comply with these expectations may result in removal from the tour, without refund or further responsibility from Viptours.co.in.
Registration Policy
Once a booking is confirmed and registered, it is non-transferable and non-refundable, except in accordance with the cancellation terms above. Please confirm your availability and travel plans before finalizing your registration.
Personal Responsibility
Guests are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.
Viptours.co.in shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the tour.
